City on a Hill would not be able to function without our amazing volunteers. Our most critical asset, they help keep our building functioning to serve our resident ministries, and volunteers also directly serve clients at the Café and Health Clinic. Our mission calls for us to serve volunteers by helping them give back, feel connected and find value.
City on a Hill Operations

Building and Grounds Maintenance
Volunteer needs include: Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping in stairways, halls and other common areas and bathrooms. Window washing. Painting. Lawn care. Snow removal. Meeting room setup and cleanup. Special projects. These can be regularly scheduled or on-call volunteer opportunities. (Volunteers under 16 must have adult supervision.) Group work days are also welcome.
