Event Room Reservations
City on a Hill offers three meeting spaces for resident ministries and public use. Use of the spaces is free to resident ministries. Members of the community can use the rooms for meetings, family gatherings, open houses and other events at a reasonable cost. City on a Hill also offers beverages, snacks, and meals through the City on a Hill Café. Contact the Café for menu and pricing.
Large Conference Room
Able to fit 100 people around tables and 200 for theater-style seating, the large conference room can be divided into thirds that can be rented individually or in combination. Chairs and tables are included and renters are responsible for setup, takedown and cleanup.
The board room meeting space has capacity for up to a dozen at a conference table with chairs, a whiteboard, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen monitor available.
Lobby Conference Room
This meeting space features two conference tables, each seating up to 10 people.
