Christmas Dinner 2023 Recap

This year, our Christmas Dinner was held in a new location but the same surge of support was felt through the crowd.

Held at Macatawa Golf Club, the night was spent celebrating the great work the Lord has done at City on a Hill and the work to come as we move Forward in Faith. Our mission continues as we strive to empower nonprofits, families, and individuals to flourish. The evening started with the opportunity to learn more about each of our umbrella ministries, enjoy some appetizers and then our programming began. Shawn Newhouse, our Executive Director, reminded us how through the journey of the birth of Jesus, Joseph and Mary continued to move Forward in Faith as they found themselves in a new endeavor of their own bringing our Savior to this earth.

As the night went on, we were able to hear testimonies from clients from both our Health Clinic and Doors of Hope (attached below). The true compassion of City on a Hill put into words as both Jackie and Cassie expressed how our ministries have blessed them. We pray that through the generous support of our donors and volunteers - we can continue to do so.
